If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 14 days. With the following conditions:
1. FIRST Contact us by email within 14 days of Purchase in the first instance to email@example.com
2. We will provide further details and instructions within 48 hours of the preferred returns address for your item(s).
3. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were sold, including all original packaging.
4. The return of goods is our customers responsibility and postage will be refunded at the discretion of Stuff & All Limited.
5. If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace it, if the item is in stock, once the original goods have been returned to us.
6. Any refunds will repaid within 7 days of the goods being received back to us.
7. Certain products we do not allow returns, for reasons such as health, hygiene or safety etc e.g. Pierced Earrings, or items that come in to contact with human skin such as Blankets. This list is not exhaustive and is at the discretion of the Management Team of Stuff & All.
